This Shipping Policy outlines how Gabriel Waves LLP handles the dispatch, delivery, and shipping of orders placed on our website. We are committed to delivering your products safely and on time.

4.1 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

You will receive order confirmation via email or WhatsApp. Tracking details will be shared after dispatch.

4.2 Shipping Within India (Domestic)

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote / Northeast / J&K / Islands: 8–14 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹999
  • Below ₹999: ₹60 – ₹100
  • Exact charges shown at checkout

Currently, we primarily ship within India. For international orders, contact us before placing an order.

  • Delivery: 10–21 business days
  • Customer pays customs duties
  • No free shipping
  • Not responsible for customs delays

4.6 Shipping Address

Please ensure correct details:

  • Full name
  • Complete address with landmark
  • City, State, PIN
  • Valid phone number

We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address.

4.7 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • 2–3 delivery attempts are made
  • Held at courier hub for 5–7 days
  • Returned if not delivered
  • Re-delivery charges may apply

4.8 Undeliverable / Returned Packages

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Order refused

Re-delivery charges apply or refund minus shipping cost.

4.9 Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages

Damaged:

  • Take photos immediately
  • Report within 48 hours
  • Replacement/refund arranged

Lost:

  • Contact us if tracking is stuck
  • We resolve within 7 business days

  • No P.O. Boxes
  • No restricted areas
  • Only serviceable locations
