3.1 Order Cancellation
A. Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Cancellation within 24 hours: Full refund will be issued
- Cancellation after 24 hours but before dispatch: Refund minus 5% processing fee
- Cancellation after dispatch: Cannot cancel, but return can be initiated

B. Cancellation by Gabriel Waves LLP
We may cancel an order if:
- Product is out of stock
- Payment fails or is not verified
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- Incorrect pricing due to technical error
- Delivery is not feasible
In such cases, full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
3.2 Return Policy
Eligible for Return:
- Damaged or broken product
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from description
NOT Eligible for Return:
- Used, worn, or washed products
- Products without original packaging
- Customized or personalized products
- Opened essential oils
- Returns after 7 days of delivery
- Final sale items
3.3 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide Order ID, product photos, and issue details
- Our team reviews within 2–3 business days
- If approved, you receive RMA and instructions
- Pack securely with original packaging
- Ship back to provided address
Note: Return shipping cost is borne by customer unless it is our error.
3.4 Refund Policy
Once return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
Refund Timelines:
- UPI / Net Banking / Wallet: 5–7 business days
- Cards: 7–10 business days
- EMI: As per bank and Razorpay policy
Note: Timing may vary depending on your bank.
Partial Refunds:
- Missing accessories
- Customer-caused damage
Non-Refundable Situations:
- Cancelled after dispatch
- No RMA authorization
- Requests after 7 days
- Customized products
- Opened essential oils
3.5 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Wrong product delivered
- Defective or damaged items
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, refund will be issued.
3.6 Damaged in Transit
- Take photos/video immediately
- Keep packaging
- Report within 48 hours
- Replacement or refund will be arranged
